Adaptation

Mylar Drawings were used as the primary method of reprogramming the site. This design strategy removed authorship by allowing the designer to either add onto a previous design or begin a new program. The designs developed in plan and section.

The design process was documented using digital photographs. Many of the details are lost between the drawings and the photographs.

Transformation.Continuation

The design presented is the progression of the design up to year 35. The site plan is more like a series of gestures that allow one to envision a newly developing public realm, yet openly accepting of unforeseeable changes in the future of the site.
