Initial investigations of Chipotle Restaurant and their use of organic pork led to thinking of how locally raised cattle could be incorporated into the menu. The limiting factor is land, therefore less ideal sites were proposed with intervention mechanisms implemented using the cattle as planting devices. The degraded land networked throughout the city allowing for enough land to fully sustain the restaurants' national supply of beef in less than 15 years while allowing 15,000 acres to be repaired.
